The equipment, services and classes they supply are: Cardio Equipment, Child Play Center, Group Exercise Classes, Martial Arts, Parking, Personal Training, Pilates, Reaction Cycling, Sauna, Silver Sneakers, Yoga, Indoor Track, Pool, Steam, Whirlpool, Racquetball, Squash, Massage, Chiropractic, Basketball, Tennis, Tanning, Chiropractor, Dolphin Swim.<\/p>\n<p>Their website is also in Spanish and they have Spanish-speaking staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicago Athletic Clubs<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagoathleticclubs.com\/\">http:\/\/www.chicagoathleticclubs.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The four locations offer classical fitness equipment and classes. It is more than a simple fitness club.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicago Park District<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagoparkdistrict.com\/\">http:\/\/www.chicagoparkdistrict.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chicago Park District is the organization that manages more than 7600 acres of parkland in the city of Chicago &#8211; parks, playgrounds, baseball fields, softball fields, golf courses, just to name a few. Chicago Park District also runs programs of all kinds (indoor and outdoor) using the parks and facilities the organization is in charge of. Through the CPD programs, you can learn how to skate, how to play basketball or baseball, and how to play golf for instance. The activities available go beyond your imagination and they target all groups of ages. This is a wonderful resource for children&#8217;s activities. One of the benefits is that the prices are very low. The CPD provides health and fitness program such as aerobics, aquatics, dance, boxing, fitness, self-defense and yoga.<\/p>\n<h3>Golf<\/h3>\n<p>Chicago Park District Golf\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpdgolf.com\/\">http:\/\/www.cpdgolf.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Among CPD duties is also the management of 6 golf courses, a driving range, and a mini-golf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Robert A. The indoor and outdoor facilities are good and usually located in California Park. The prices are very low.<\/p>\n<h3>Swimming Pools<\/h3>\n<p>Some of the fitness centers listed previously have their own private pool for members. When choosing your fitness center, the fact that they have a pool or not can become the criteria for becoming a member. For example, The YMCA Lakeview has a pool and runs swimming programs for toddlers, children, teens and adults. But the water of their pool is reputed to be the coldest in Chicago. Indeed, they do not warm it as some other clubs might, which can be an issue for young children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicago Park District<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagoparkdistrict.com\/\">http:\/\/www.chicagoparkdistrict.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Chicago Park District has 26 indoor pools and 51 outdoor pools. Additionally, CPD manages the staff and runs programming at 36 Chicago Public School pools in partnership with After School Matters, 18 of which offer community programming.<\/p>\n<h3>Yoga<\/h3>\n<p>All the fitness centers listed previously (and others) supply Yoga and Pilates lessons.
