The metropolitan, Islamabad, Pakistan, is definitely a worthwhile place to lodge in. Whether you\u2019re someone who is keen on changing countries or cities, Islamabad can prove to be the city of your dreams. Being the educational hub of Pakistan, one thing is guaranteed, the accomodation collection of the city suits the requirement of every kind of visitor. Not only is Islamabad the go-to-city for students and learners, but also the ideal location for aspirants seeking professional ground and know-hows.<\/p>\n

Defining a good locality is pretty easy, as the image that instantly pops up in your head is of a green, serene and clean area. Safety, proximity and connectivity to important areas also are points which need a closer look when choosing the place of refuge. Islamabad has a whole lot of variety, even amongst the top-notch residential areas. The DHA Islamabad, with its avant-garde infrastructural character is a crowd favourite. Also chosen as the best place to live with family, DHA harbours 5-10 marla houses, which can cost anything between 30 thousand PKR to 2 lakhs PKR.<\/p>\n

Lying slightly high on the ambit, the E-11 district of Islamabad\u00a0 opens at a rate of 75 thousand PKR for a 5 marla accommodation and at 85 PKR for a 10 marla house. Since the neighbourhood lies close to educational institutions, a significant proportion of inhabitants looking for houses here are students. Another great area to find accommodation in is Sector G-13, where costs average around 40-60 thousand PKR, making it one of the best localities for excellent infrastructure and moderately priced flats. The commercial hub of Islamabad, Sector I-8 puts up a great competition against other localities. Despite its upbeat and fast-paced character, those on a house-hunt understand the hype around this area. One can expect an average house expenditure of 1.3-2 lakhs PKR, if relocating to Sector I-8. Others like Bahria Town in Islamabad, also lie on the higher tangent of residential properties, definitely worth investing in, if you plan on staying long.<\/p>\n

For the single house tenants, 1 BHK or 1RK houses in Islamabad can be cheap or expensive, with respect to their proximity to the city center. Those opting for a 1 BHK accommodation outside the city center can expect the cost of housing to be anywhere between 15-50 thousand PKR and those living near to the city center can expect the range to be 20-80 thousand PKR.<\/p>\n
